We are kicking off the day before our *RIP Resolutions* party with a good ole FIRKIN! To be enjoyed with tunes by the talented Andrew O’Day!

Sooo what the heck is a firkin?? It’s a quarter of a barrel keg used for cask conditioning. It allows us to make a small, specialty batch of beer where we can experiment and create something really unique. Firkins are served directly from the keg, therefore no CO2 is needed– purely fermented goodness.
